Globalization has caused a dramatic transformation of student experience on campus. In response to the change of characteristics of students resulting from this, faculty and staff should also change their mindset in dealing with students to encourage their growth. Practice of student support should be sought that helps students build personal and professional capabilities that are effective in all types of communities including individuals, family, friends, university,
society and the world.
